4. Storage and Destruction of Personal Data
The principles regarding the retention period of your personal data are as follows:
• If a period of time is specified for the storage of data in the legal legislation governing the activities of AccShop, the data in question is at least as long as the specified period.
• If no specific period is set by law, AccShop determines a reasonable period based on PDPL principles for the data processing activity. Your personal data are destroyed by using deletion, destruction and anonymisation methods at the end of the above-mentioned periods.

6. Credit Card Security
AccShop; It prioritises the security of credit card holders who shop on the platform. It uses the payment infrastructure in accordance with international security standards on the Platform. Information about the credit card used during shopping is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol independently from the site and reaches the relevant bank for enquiry. If the usability of the card is approved, your purchase is completed. In addition, security measures are taken by applying Card Payment Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) in terms of credit card data.In addition to these measures, AccShop decides whether or not to perform 3D Secure check by taking into account parameters and risk status such as basket amount, product type, whether the card is used for the first time, whether the transaction has been made with 3D Secure Secure Payment before, address change. Thus, the user experience is increased by offering a fast and secure payment.
3D Secure Payment is a protocol designed as an additional layer of security for credit and debit card transactions over the internet. In this protocol, when the shopper makes the selection to perform the payment transaction by credit card on the Platform, a password is sent by the relevant bank to the phone number defined to the credit card. This password is single-use and therefore cannot be used at any other time. The transaction is confirmed only when the person enters the code sent from the bank to his/her mobile phone.

AccShop does not send e-mails and SMSs requesting your credit card and account information or passwords. For this reason, e-mails and SMSs requesting your personal information, credit card and account information and passwords by using the AccShop name and logo should be ignored.
