All account purchases on ACC.SHOP are protected under Buyer Protection to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and security. Our goal with Buyer Protection is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, resulting in happy customers and minimal issues.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection represents the rights provided to buyers during any account purchase on ACC.SHOP. This coverage ensures that if your situation qualifies under Buyer Protection, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a full refund of the account’s price. The warranty does not cover items within the account, additional expenses, or the fee paid for extended warranty. The standard 7-day warranty is free for all purchases.
Buyer Protection Duration
For all categories of game accounts sold on ACC.SHOP, the standard Buyer Protection period is 7 days. After 7 days, if extended protection was not purchased, our support team will no longer assess the claim under warranty. However, they will still work to resolve your issue.
Extended Buyer Protection
When purchasing an account, you have the option to extend your Buyer Protection period. This ensures that our team will review and support you under Buyer Protection for an extended duration, giving you added peace of mind.
With Extended Warranty, your standard 7-day Buyer Protection is extended up to 14 days, offering you additional security and extended support coverage to ensure your account remains secure and functional.
Buyer Protection Coverage
Your warranty covers:
The account does not work or is not as described.
Loss of access due to account recovery by the seller.
Account bans due to ownership transfer.
Account bans resulting from offenses made by the seller.
Your warranty does not cover:
Account bans due to your actions (e.g., if you used cheats on the account).
Loss of access unrelated to the seller (e.g., if you forgot your 2FA backup code or password).
Account bans for not following seller instructions (e.g., if you were advised not to contact game support but did so).
Reselling the account to another person. If you resell the account, your warranty becomes void.
